Thirty minutes in the studio, two lit setups, and 20 to 30 proofs to choose from. Built for actors and performers who need something that works for casting, and for anyone whose current photo is cropped out of a group shot.
I shoot key art and campaign portraits for Netflix, Amazon Prime. ABC & Stan. Same lighting, same approach, scaled to a half-hour session.
$400
Per session, includes GST.
$150 deposit to book, $250 on the day.

Two retouched images (extra files $75 each)
20 to 30 proofs to choose from
Two lit setups, grey and white
As many outfit changes as time allows
30-minute studio session (If you would like longer than 30 minutes, please book an extra slot)

Confirming the day:
The Pop-Up runs with a minimum of six sessions booked. I'll confirm the day by Friday 25 September.
If it doesn't get there, you'll get first pick of times on the next date, or your deposit back in full. Your choice, nothing to chase.
On the Day:
Professional lighting, full-frame & medium format, tethered so you can see what we're getting as we go.
Relaxed, unhurried, and no pressure to perform.
A few practical things:
Two setups, both ready:
Grey and white backdrops are lit and standing all day, so you can shoot on either or both within your session. No changeover time comes out of your 30 minutes.
Framing is flexible:
Full length through to a tight headshot is no problem on either setup. Tell me what you need at the start and we'll make sure it's covered.
Please arrive 5 minutes early:
Sessions run back to back and I don't want to run behind on anyone. Arriving late shortens your session rather than delaying the ones after it.
On what to wear:
Solid colours generally photograph better than busy patterns. Darker tones sit well on the grey, lighter tones on the white. Bring a few options and we'll get through as many as time allows.

Carpark access via the driveway between 8 and 10 Carrington Road.
There are often spots for the morning sessions and on weekends, and most surrounding streets are free parking all day.
Optional Hair & Make-Up:
Let me know at booking if you'd like hair or make-up arranged.
These are booked through a separate artist, paid on the day, and need to be confirmed at least 7 days before the shoot.
Makeup only: $175
Hair only: $85
Hair and makeup: $250

Payment & cancellation:
Payment:
A $150 deposit is taken at the time of booking and holds your slot.
The $250 balance is payable on the day by card or PayID. No surcharge either way.
PayID details are in your confirmation email if you'd rather settle it before you arrive.
Cancellation:
More than 7 days before the shoot: deposit refunded in full, or moved to the next Pop-Up.
48 hours to 7 days before: deposit held as credit toward the next Pop-Up.
Inside 48 hours, or no-show: deposit is forfeited.
The balance is only payable if the session goes ahead, so the deposit is the only thing ever at risk.
